Close to the border between Poland and the Czech Republic in the southwest corner of lower Silesian, this beautiful and large house is placed in the middle of nature but still very close to the touristic area of Karpacz / Krummhübel (karpacz.pl). The walking/mountain biking trails start just outside the gated garden (about 7000 m2 gated). The property offers full privacy with spectacular views of the whole mountain panorama as well as the valley of Jelenia Gora (Hirschberg). The house has five bedrooms, two very large (each 30 m2) and three smaller ones. Plenty of room for at least ten guests. There are two full bathrooms and one additional toilet.

Large terrace with covered seating places for at least 10 people and a built in BBQ.

The area is known for its national park, castles/palaces, hiking and skiing (cross country and downhill) on both the Czech and Polish sides. In Karpacz you have access to plenty of great restaurants, cafés and bars as well as attractions in the large hotels with water parks, spa areas etc.

Western City (western.com.pl) is a great family attraction with horseback riding and cowboy shows just a short walk away from the property.

It is truly a unique spot for recharging with family and/or friends. Plenty of room inside as well as outside will make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Your four legged companion is welcome as well!

Premium relaxation

With no direct neighbours a truly calm retreat is guaranteed. Possibly a deer might walk by and have a look. The property has a gated garden of about 7000 m2.
